Before you accept the agreement, we strongly recommend that you refer to the zip codes to find out about areas that AA Teen Driving Academy covers for Driver’s Training. Once you have completed Drivers Ed Online, your Certificate of Completion of Driver Education (DL 400C), will be mailed within 72 hrs. of your completion day. If you do not receive the certificates within 7 to 10 business days after the completion date, you are responsible for calling; otherwise, we will assume that you have already received them. Please be advised that a $20.00 service fee will apply after the 10th day to request another set of certificates. Along with your certificates, you will receive the information required to obtain your learner’s permit. For more information on how to obtain your permit, please follow the DMV link.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

• All balances must be paid in full before we issue any of the following certificates, CERTIFICATE of COMPLETION of DRIVER EDUCATION (DL400C), or CERTIFICATE of COMPLETION of BEHIND-THE-WHEEL DRIVER TRAINING (DL400D),
• Absolutely no refunds),
• A $30.00 re-instatement fee will be charged to the students account if any of the following course(s) or package(s) is not completed within six months, On-line Driver Education, Driver Education On-line & behind the wheel Driver Training, or any Behind the Wheel Driver Training package.
• 24hrs notice is required for any cancellation on any driving appointment or a $30.00 fee will be charged.
• Students without a permit can still drive with our instructors as we can provide student license that will allow them to drive only with our certified instructors. A $2 fee will apply.
• $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
• $20.00 service fee will be charged to replace any lost, stolen, or damaged certificates.
• NO CHECKS will be accepted for any of the fees stated above.
• Before a driving appointment can be schedule, we will require the learners permit number, issue date and expiration date.
• For Driving appointments, we pick up and drop off in most of the Orange County area, please call or see a representative for further details.
• Driving appointments are based upon availability.

Any course(s) or package(s) will expire one year from the enrollment date.
